Freddie Mercury is one of many best stars in the music business. He captured the hearts of the people worldwide with his music and compositions. Freddie also took piano training and started to be a member of school choir. Along with school mates, they formed the school's rock'n roll music group and named it 'Hectics.' They do performances in college celebrations and throughout special events. He spent his college in Isleworth Polytechnic and Ealing College of Art and took up graphic illustrating training course.
He met the band of his friend Tim called Smile that made him inspired again in playing piano. He began practicing with his buddies who are extremely impressed on his unique means of playing piano. Right after graduation having a diploma in graphic arts and design he began advertising his artwork for profits.
At the age of 23, he was unveiled in the music group referred to as Ibex and given the opportunity to become among its members but eventually the music group was broken so Freddie searched for another rock band. He found Sour Milk Sea and grew to become its lead singer but just soon after few months the band had exactly the same fate. Freddie had the chance to become a member of the band of Smile as a lead singer and change the name of the band to 'Queen'.
Freddie composed Bohemian Rhapsody, a very famous song and known all around the globe. It was performed by his band Queen and released its 1975 album "A Night at the Opera." This track is so unique, having no chorus however with three main parts; the ballad, the guitar solo, and the hard rock. Bohemian Rhapsody became the most expensive single ever produced and one of probably the most popular in the music history. It's probably the most effective songs of Queen. He also wrote several songs named the Seven Seas of Rhye, We Are the Champions, Killer Queen, Somebody to Love, Play the Game, Bicycle Race, Don't Stop Me Now, Crazy Little Things Called Love and Good Old-Fashioned Lover Boy. Freddie also altered his impression by cutting his hair and grew a moustache.
He also had solo albums and singles aside from his work with Queen. His two full albums outside of the band were Mr. Bad Guy in 1985 and Barcelona in 1988. Mr. Bad Guy is a pop-oriented album good for disco and dance tunes while Barcelona had been recorded and performed with Montserrat Caballe. Both records received overpowering success.
Freddie met Mary Austin early in 1970 with whom he loved for seven years but separated and remained as close friends. He left the majority of his money to Mary Austin after he passed away because he considered her as his only true close friend. He even produced several songs devoted to her and one of this is "Love of My life"
During their July 13, 1985 performance at Live Aid in Wembley Stadium with about 72,000 people, Queen secured their place in the music history. In spite of all the results, Freddie Mercury confronted several issues especially in sex-related orientation as a bisexual. He previously had also numerous relationships with guys and bisexual and one of them is Jim Hutton. He spent the final six years of his life with this man.
